What is my order status?

Any item other than final sale items¹, may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment, within 30 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original packaging and hangtags attached. For items that do not meet our return policy we reserve the right to (i) deny a refund (ii) issue a partial refund with a $USD 5.95 restocking fee applied.

All refunds that conform to our return policy will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Only one return label may be provided per order, per customer.

What is your return policy?

1. To create a return, please go to https://www.robertbarakett.com/apps/returns. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email received upon placing the order. Select "return items". Please, do not enter the order number found on your packing slip. 
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Select your return reason then click select “next”. Choose from our three return options, then “Confirm”.
3. This will generate a pre-addressed return label or QR code. Ensuring your package is properly sealed, drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location.
Once received, we'll verify the goods and then issue your refund. This usually takes 7 business days.

How do I return an item?

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $149 and on all orders for Silver and Gold loyalty members. All other shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

All customers are eligible for a 10% off their first order discount when they subscribe to our email list. We also always have a variety of discounted styles in our sale section.

Where can I get a discount?

You can visit the fit guide on our website to prompt the sizes for all our collection. Kindly note that all dimensions are in inches and represent measurements of the garment, not the body.
